• The Video Projector, DVD, VHS or your computer can be used for presentations in the meeting room. Contact 01299 832 249 for technical details.
  There is a supplement of £5 per meeting room booking for its use.

• The use of the kitchen, cutlery & crockery is included in the hire of either room but must be requested when booking.

• The hire of tables for outside the hall is £12.00

• The hire of cutlery & crockery for outside the hall is £12.00

• Please confirm availability with the Bookings Coordinator. You can see our existing bookings for the hall by clicking here.
• Please confirm the correct tariff. Parishoners are those living within the Bayton parish boundaries.
• A booking form is to be completed and signed.
• Full payment should be made at time of booking except for events booked one month or more in advance when a non-refundable 30% deposit should be made, the balance being due prior to the booking date.
• The carpeted meeting hall is not available for childrens parties.

• You must advise the Bookings Coordinator if you are considering a licenced bar.
